About Tara Matthews

I am Tara Matthews, L.Ac. I have studied Yoga most of my life and am both a Hatha Certified and KRI Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Practitioner, full time Practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and IMW Certified Modern Day Priestess. My lineage is diverse and my bliss is in helping others find peace, wholeness, and health. We illuminate together.
