Summer is the great amplifier of all that comes before it and all that follows it. It gives birth to the enrgy planted in the dark of the previous Winter and it seeds the next cycle with its bounty. Yang in nature, action makes its own luck in the flamboyant flow of this season. The sun lifts early and sets late, flooding both reality and imagination with vibrancy and possiblity. Carpe Diem. Vibrate the Cosmos. What we send out now~ we will receive in the magnified field as pure energy and light.
The open heart is supported here, as are practices that transform lower vibratory states. Gratitude, love of self and community, and early morning sadhanas create more space and opportunity for the circulation of dharma, the clearning of karma and connection to the soul. What supports freedom and joy here initiates positive change. Mantra and yoga that grows the auric field and radiant body are two approaches that will jettison old energy almost effortlessly.
On the physical level, fresh colorful fruits and vegetables and juices with a balance of spice and anti-inflamatory additions (think ginger and lemon) open the circlulation and plant the intention of health for the seasons ahead. Food that grows high above the ground will accelerate the healing potential.
Whatever you do, keep the energy moving! Get outside and hike, swim, breathe, be! Dive into seva work and give what you can to the world. The more you circulate the energy, the healthier the energy will be.
